I have been a member at Bileau since 2019, frequenting their morning and weekend classes. I love the group training classes as they're the perfect combination of functional strength and cardio conditioning. All fitness levels are welcome. Jason and Pam Bileau are fun and motivating but also professional and emphasize correct form which makes all the difference in preventing injuries.. Plus they're all around great humans. It's clear they put a lot of thought into their programming (no class is ever the same), gym equipment (new stuff added to the rotation) and even the music (it's a vibe!). It's my favorite way to start my day. Jason and Pam were especially great during my pregnancy. They offered creative modifications to exercises and I genuinely think keeping up with my routine there attributed to how smooth my delivery and postpartum recovery was. I'm in better shape now than I was before my pregnancy and especially compared to five years ago when I was exercising at another gym. Try a class for free and I bet you'll become hooked too.

They have helped me reach my fitness goals faster than attending just classes. Each week Pam puts together a thoughtful, efficient and personalized workout for me, there are never any repeat workouts and each week is new and fun. I can ask her to target a specific area and she will create a workout around that. Besides the workout itself, Pam is positive and supportive and it doesn’t just stop once the session is over. She is always there to answer a text and even create a personalized vacation workout for me. I can’t recommend it enough! 10/10

While she hits all the high points of being an excellent trainer what really makes Pam special is her attention to the client and building personalized programs that really challenge you towards your goals. She always makes me feel heard, never lets me give up and pushes me to be my best. And on top of this, she is an all around fantastic person. 10/10 always! 5 stars! All the accolades! If you are just starting out or thinking about taking the next step in your fitness journey, you won’t regret signing up with Pam.

Over the last 9 months I've also started personal training with Pam which has been great! She caters your program to your wants and needs - making sure she's meeting you where you are and helping you achieve your goals. I know I can count on her to challenge me and that I'll leave eacb session feeling strong! Our sessions have helped me push myself harder in group classes, too, so I feel like I'm getting the most out of the gym.
