Big Bend Yoga Center Reviews
This is the "mother" of the yoga world in Saint Louis. Many years ago, Big Bend Yoga was actually located on Big Bend Avenue, thus the name. BBC was the first yoga studio in Saint Louis, and now, many years later, when other yoga teachers want to take a class, you can often find them at Big Bend Yoga. Big Bend Yoga is more than Yoga, it is a Center, with lots of things going on, including massage, kirtan, specialty classes, artistic events, altruistic programs, etc. Even a yearly yoga trip to Mexico in winter. They also bring renowned yoga teachers to town on a regular basis. I've been doing yoga a very long time, but I can barely touch my toes, and Big Bend Yoga Center works great for me. It's not about the pose.
