No two classes are the same and you go through warm up and cool downs each class. You have heart and targets to hit to achieve medals so feels like a fun game as well! Truly is a community focused gym where owners and coaches consistently ask for feedback to be better. There are always sessions for members around nutrition, mobility, wellness, PT, and social events !

I was in a bit of a fitness plateau before coming to BFT and I’ve seen major changes in my strength and conditioning since starting in January. There are a variety of class times (even 5am!), the coaches are supportive, and overall it’s a great community to be a part of. Give BFT a try, you won’t regret it!

They correct form and push me to lift heavier (safely, of course). I love the heart rate monitor system bc it keeps me in the right zone and helps me train effectively.
