★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I drop in here fairly regularly and enjoy it every time! The space used to be a market or grocery store of some sort so it’s spacious, very open and air conditioned. Every coach is attentive and welcoming. Sometimes when dropping in, coaches will kind of give you a pass and let poor technique slide. Not here. Each visit, the coach has found a way to help me improve. Truly a great place to work out
June 22 · Lucas AThis is my go-to gym whenever I’m in town. The coaches are all super friendly and knowledgeable (thank you Stephanie, Chris, and Gini!), there’s a good mix of athletes of all ages/fitness levels and all the members are very welcoming. Their workouts are typically set up with a strength portion then a metcon with some longer cardio days in between. I try and drop into a box whenever I travel and this is one of my top three favorites. Highly recommend visiting this gym if you’re in town.
August 30 · Alanna AungviboolBarX is phenomenal. The coaches are all fantastic, the workouts are always good, and they prioritize correct form and making everyone feel welcome. I've been going for about 2 years now and I am stronger than I have ever been. Highly recommend! If you are thinking about trying it, come in for the ramp up classes and check it out!!!
January 27 · Margo MartinezJust went for my CrossFit onboarding and loving it so far. Stephanie is an amazing instructor, super supportive but aggressive enough to keep you pushing. She asked all the important medical questions upfront and then moved into exercise form, the structure of the class, followed by a baseline assessment. I feel like I'm set up for success and looking forward to my next class. Thanks, Stephanie!
July 18 · Nicholas SiebertThey created an unmatched adaptive xfit program, flexibility, support, and free for their disabled gym users. The entire staff is amazing and members are all friendly!
