★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love these classes, 10/10 would recommend. I avoid cardio usually, the bounce and barre, and bounce and bands classes really help me get my heart pumping and tone up. I always leave class at the Newbury St location feeling energized! If you are looking to try something new, don’t wait, just book the class!
May 12 · Laurel O’KeefeBarre Groove has been the only type of exercise that has helped me become more consistent. It is the perfect balance of fun while also feeling challenging. I always feel refreshed after a class, and the Newbury Street location is my favorite because of how much there is to do in the area plus they have lovely showers and locker room amenities that make it much easier to fit into my schedule on my way to work! The instructors’ positivity and varied music make it something I want to do vs something I have to do. I am grateful to have found them and can’t wait to keep trying different classes! Thanks Barre Groove :)
June 07 · RebeccaEvery class at Barre Groove gives me an energy boost. The instructor is so motivating, and the studio has such a fun, welcoming vibe.
July 03 · wj sineBarre Groove’s classes are a highlight of my week! They’re always so much fun and a great workout. I love that each instructor is different, the classes always change things up and I always come out feeling strong (and that I’m getting stronger!). I love barre workouts but the trampoline addition is really awesome. Thank you Barre Groove team!
March 15 · Candice LindeI LOVE this place, I’ve been to lots of gyms and tried other barre classes, but Barre Groove is the only place I’ve been able to stick with. Since it’s low impact, I can still get a great workout without it interfering with everything else I need to do in a day—it really does the job of exercising and training. I also love the bounce classes and how you can choose your own song when signing up—it makes the whole experience even more fun and personal!
