Laura is an amazing trainer, who pays attention to my form and performance while informed on my personal fitness history and her expertise in pilates and the body. She makes sure everyone is comfortable but motivated to give their best during our sessions. I appreciate the energy and knowledge she guides you with. This place also has access to equipment I love to use to supplement my pilates sessions. It has been great to feel my strength and flexibility increase with the help of BareFitness.
