She has transformed by balance, endurance, and muscular strength with challenging but practical movements which she tailors to my ability on a given day. Krystallo takes a scientific approach to her coaching, and you can immediately tell that her advice and adjustments are grounded in truth and experience. No day in this class is ever the same; we constantly progress/evolve.

She closely watches everyone to ensure they have the correct form to prevent injury while maximizing strength.You will leave the class feeling like every muscle in your body has been activated and worked. As focused as she is on form, she is equally funny, entertaining, and makes the time fly by. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone.

Now I’m consistently going 3 times a week and I never felt better! She truly cares and is extremely knowledgeable about the body catering each workout to the individuals needs. I love that every session is different and every time you get a full body workout. Highly recommend!!
