After I had spinal surgery, the doctor suggested I take up pilates to grow stronger and deal with any uncertainties that come with having hyper-mobility. Amanda was perfect. In our 2x a week one on one's we tackled everything from posture to balance, strength training and safe stretching that would be hard for me to get in a group setting. Thanks to Amanda and everything I learned while being under her care I am now able to continue the work we did together on my own or in a group setting. If I had not moved to France I would still be her most loyal client and envy the person who managed to snag my bi-weekly slots. Thank you, Amanda.
