★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Alexis is a wonderful yoga teacher, accessible to those new to yoga or to those wanting to continue or extend a practice. During the time I have done yoga with Alexis, she has grown as a teacher and now offers yoga therapy and yoga nidra. Although I have not done therapy with Alexis, she brings this knowledge to every class and makes modifications if someone has any part of the body needing special attention. In yoga nidra, Alexis guides participants through a deeply relaxing experience in a nurturing environment. I always feel better after a class and highly recommend her as a teacher.

Alexis is a clear and inspired guide for deep embodiment, listening and stretching. I felt some real opening around an injury in my hip. I loved it so much. It was a gift that I plan to do again.”

I always come away from our Yoga Therapy sessions feeling uplifted and encouraged to go forward with my best efforts, and mindfulness in all that I do. Thank you again for all you share with me, and for your peaceful presence/aura that permeates all you do."
