★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Went to Alexandra for some chronic lower back pain I was having and within just 5 sessions my pain was significantly less. Alexandra is very knowledgeable, experienced and was able to quickly identify the root issue to my pain. Highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for overall strength training and injury prevention. She was also very accommodating to my schedule and easy to work with.
September 13 · Kristy StofferI truly can't say enough about Dr. Alexandra. After over a decade of experiencing chronic pain, multiple surgeries, and seeing countless specialists, Dr. Alexandra is the first provider I've seen with deep expertise in hypermobility, which she has helped me to understand has been underlying all of my physiology and how my body functions in the world. She has shown me such care, compassion, and gives me confidence in her ability to see my whole body, mind and spirit as being interconnected. With her expertise and guidance, I am experiencing such empowerment in understanding my body, working on building strength and flexibility, reducing my pain significantly, and befriending my body again. I am less fearful about flares, and I know now what I can do when I do have moments of heightened pain. I have been very nervous to consider a future pregnancy after a very difficult cesarean recovery from my first birth, but I am growing in confidence and strength every day because of my work with Dr. Alexandra, and am ready to embark on that journey again. I can't thank Dr. Alexandra enough! She is changing my life!
August 06 · Samantha FarrisMy husband and I absolutely have gotten excellent help from Alexandra. Her knowledge is so vast! She has been very helpful for both of us to reach a new level of strength. We wholeheartedly recommend her for a lifestyle of improved motion and proper use of muscles as they were designed to work together. Both myself and husband are in our 70’s. We have never felt better nor gained so much strength since working with Alexandra! You will not be disappointed with working with Alexandra!
March 20 · Dana NystromI started Pilates with Alexandra in November of 2024 when I started to experience back pain. I have been consistently active with walking, yoga and weight training since 2010, but I have neglected ab workouts. I always felt like they were optional because I did not enjoy working out my core. Since working with Alexandra I have realized how essential it is not just for front abdominal area, but back and hip flexibility. I have a ways to go, but I definitely feel stronger than I ever have in my core. It is benefitting my other workouts as well. I rarely get the deep hip pain I would get while walking and have not experienced any back pain since December.
March 22 · Amy CallawayAlexandra has been the best addition to my fitness routine and overall health. After having 3 children and experiencing hypermobility my entire life - I am stronger and in less discomfort than I have ever been. She is well worth the investment and I feel so lucky to learn from her each week!
