This gym is set up perfect for that! The owner Chris has the old school boxing gym vibe with the biggest heart! She just wants you to be the best version of you and show up every day even better. I’ve learned great technique from her and the other trainers. These are real boxers who will help you get in the greatest shape of your life and have fun doing it! My son trains with Rico’s team and he is learning from the best! We are thoroughly impressed with Against the Ropes and proud to be a part of the family!

Not even 10 minutes into my first work out, I knew I would be signing up. I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half now and have no plans on stopping. Not only have I learned great boxing techniques, but I have learned to be more confident with myself and that has translated into other areas of my life. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and have done a great job of making this place feel welcoming. I highly recommend giving Against the Ropes a chance!
