September 23 · Claire Liu YangI fell in love with acro yoga at a retreat and then serendipitously found The Learning Lab with Thomas. He creates a very safe, fun and supportive environment. The idea is to have different skill levels and have the more advanced people teach the more beginners and so on. Each session is a bit different based on the participants and levels, but Thomas always makes sure everyone gets to learn something new and feels challenged. It is clear that he has a huge passion for teaching acro and helping people build trust in their own abilities and also trusting others.
