★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough good things about 618 Fitness!! Started going here in July and I’m so grateful I found it. I had previously done almost exclusively traditional strength training, but felt like I was hitting a wall and was looking for something a little different. The workouts here offer a lot of variety so it never gets boring, and there are also options for modifications making these workouts accessible for every fitness level. I did the on-ramp classes with Baylee after a few weeks of classes and she is incredibly knowledgable. Baylee knows exactly how to break down complex movements and explain them in a way that makes sense, which helped build my confidence in the gym.Joining 618 has renewed my love for fitness. It’s genuinely something I look forward to again and the community is top tier. Everyone is so welcoming, always encouraging and pushing each other to be the best they can be. If you’re looking for a gym and a community, 618 Fitness is where it’s at!!PS. there’s also a gym dog named Frankie, which honestly sealed the deal for me!
December 27 · Amanda WoodenCan’t say enough good things about 618 Fitness!!! Coach/owner Baylee Luebbers is the reason I joined 618 Fitness, her programming and coaching style is the reason why I stay at 618 Fitness!! Not to mention I don’t have to pay a monthly membership but am able to purchase a punchcard which is more conducive to my needs.
February 12 · NikkiI stumbled on 618 Fitness summer of last year after a few years of traditional strength training, and I can confidently say switching to this gym was one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. This style of training challenges me in ways I've not really experienced before. Strength is still a big focus, and since joining, I’ve hit PRs on a number of lifts while also learning new, challenging skills, but I also have a mile time now, which is something I never had before. Cardio was definitely lacking previously, but now it's integrated often in a way that is fun/ sometimes makes you question your life’s decisions (in the best way possible) ;)The community at 618 Fitness is top-tier. Everyone is super supportive, and no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, there’s a place for you. Workouts are designed with modifications and progressions, so no matter where you're at there’s a way to push yourself at the right level.Baylee, the coach, is fantastic. She programs workouts with the perfect balance of variation and consistency—keeping things fun and exciting while making sure there's enough consistency to progress in both strength and skills. She’s also incredibly skilled at breaking down complicated movements in a way that makes sense.A major plus? Frank! The gym dog! 🐶Also! My mobility has improved since starting here. It wasn’t something I had prioritized much in the last few years, and I know I still have a long way to go, but it's nice to see improvement!I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the community. The gym is super clean and the vibes are ✨immaculate✨ If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and help you grow in strength and fitness, this is it!
February 12 · Amanda CafarchioI really hate going to the gym, and I have gym anxiety. I also am not fit, nor have I ever been fit. I started at 618 on a recommendation from a friend who also has high gym anxiety, and I was worried about my mental health. Knowing exercise is one of the BEST things for mental health I eventually drug myself into the gym. I didn't think I would like the "cross-fit" nature of the class (and thought I probably could not do it and was scared to try). The first few 1:1 sessions with Baylee helped my confidence and made me feel better about attending the classes with other people. The classes are small, with many modifications (no one judges, I promise)! I like the setup of the classes, which keeps things moving quickly so you are not doing long stretches of cardio. From one fat gal to all the others, I’d definitely give 618 a chance if you are looking for some fitness for mental health, physical health, or whatever else :)
February 17 · Cassandra SissomThis gym is by far the best gym I have ever been lucky enough to be a part of! Baylee is such a knowledgeable and encouraging coach that will push you to become the best you can be! I have done things here that I never thought I would be capable of doing, hit numbers in my lifts I never thought was possible, and it really is all thanks to her programming!!I’ve gone from being someone who had severe gym anxiety and near panic attacks every time I was going to the gym to someone who genuinely looks forward to coming in. The community is also extremely supportive and everyone who goes here is really rooting for you to succeed. This gym is my home away from home and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their physical and mental well being!!
