June 06 · Summer Meza30 minute hit is the best workout i’ve ever done!! all of the stations are really fun and intense. the trainers are fantastic, super encouraging and positive, making sure you’re pushing yourself as much as possible. there are always ways to make the workout harder as you get better. i also love that you can come as much as you want with a membership and there’s no class limit. so glad i joined!!

I may get a little loud having fun encouraging the others while dancing to the awesome music and hitting the bags (they do take song recommendations!) but it’s the best way to start my busy day with a quick hit and chat with the owner Brian and the trainers.Now get in here! 🥊
