I was lucky enough to find Jennifer on a recent trip to NYC. I had several private sessions with her and she is awesome. Having used private trainers for years I can confidently say that Jennifer knows her stuff. Her space is great and well equipped, her moves, sequencing and queuing are well thought out, effective and her communication is perfect! She's indeed beautiful inside and out and I thoroughly enjoyed my work with her. 100% highly recommend!

She does it all in her airy, comfortable Soho studio -- pilates, yoga, kettle bells, cardio, TRX! Every workout is different because she just has so much in her expert bag of tricks.Fitness is a passion for Jennifer and she makes your workouts fun but challenging -- in that "you need someone who believes you can do it" challenging kinda of way!
