With Z-Training, I just follow his program, and have not had any pain – even amazed at what I can do. Zoltan is a genius, and he can customize the workout for you – even in group class settings.He remembers of my situation, and customizes the program for me – and it’s been amazing. I’ve done other group trainings before, but don’t get this level of personal touch.

His Z-Boxing and Cycle Fit classes are innovative, fun, never stale, and push you to (and beyond) your limits. The classes foster friendships and camaraderie. My husband and I met Zoltan in 2010 when we decided to "get healthy", we thought we would just take a few Personal Training (PT) lessons and move on....we never would have thought that Z-Training would become an integral part of our journey over the past 9 years. My husband and I may be on opposite ends of fitness levels but we have been able to work out together in Z-Personal Training, Z-Cycle Fit, and our personal fav.. Z-Box!!! Zoltan provides modifications to meet anyone's fitness level, even when you have lots of health issues like me. Zoltan goes out of his way to work with clients and encourage healthy living, he is personally invested in his work and his clients.
