May 02 · Kali Babies Recovery GroupLove this studio! Truly a zen space and welcoming... Practice space, A+, Instructors, A+. The classes challenge you to the max physically but there's never any judgement if you want to take a quick breather, everyone's in it together... I'm so grateful I found Yonder Yoga Sandy Springs.
August 12 · John ThrasherI’m a longtime yogi who quit practicing in 2019. I was planning to restart my practice. Then Covid hit, and my two favorite yoga studios, “Springs Yoga” and “Infinity Yoga” which later became “Yoga Works” closed. Fast forward to 2025 and I’m back in the game. I’m a little rusty, but thanks to good muscle memory and a solid practice, it’s all coming back to me. I am so happy I found “Yonder Yoga”. I would’ve joined sooner if they offered an unheated class. But I’m glad I made the decision to try it out. I’m only five classes in, but this may be my new home studio.
May 19 · Lynne Spielbergerthis is my favorite studio in the area! I love the supportive and diverse class environments, and the room is kept at the perfect temperature for me. I find that the setup of the studio is super conducive to keeping me in the zone and focused on myself. No class is complete without a cool lavender towel! I leave feeling so refreshed and positive after each class. So grateful to the teachers and the studio!
April 18 · gehna chaubalIt’s about time for me to write a review because this place has changed my life!! I was not into yoga before and definitely not into hot yoga so that says a lot about the atmosphere, the instructors, and the consistency of attention to detail. I also love the number of classes they offer in a day. It fits my hectic schedule and makes the membership feel substantial. If you’re reading this and nervous to try it out because yoga girlies intimidate you, then this is a great place to start. Jamin and Rose taught some of my first classes I attended and it made all the difference that they were so warm and welcoming and helped me modify and adapt until I became stronger. Love this place!
