★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is the best yoga studio! I really love the environment, the vibes, the classes, and the people. I mainly go to the hot, slow flow, and sculpt. I’ve tried every class and they’re all great! I love all the instructors and I would recommend any of them. The ones I normally go to are Erica, Lauren, Paula, Steve, Ashley, and Katie! They have classes for everybody! Yoga really changed my life and I recommend everyone to give it a try!
July 13 · Amanda NguyenThis was my first time at YogaSix, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The studio was bright, clean, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a warm smile by Ally, the front desk staff, who was bubbly and kind—such a great first impression. The studio itself was warmer than I expected, but I adjusted quickly, and the warmth actually helped my body loosen up and get into the flow more easily. The teacher, Lauren, was incredibly welcoming and made the whole process feel seamless. She even gave me a quick tour of the prop room and had a spot already set up for me, which made settling in as a first-timer super easy. The Slow Flow class was accessible to everyone—regardless of age, body type, or injury history. Lauren offered clear, encouraging guidance throughout and suggested helpful modifications. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything outside of my comfort zone. Even though it was a slower-paced class, it was still a fantastic challenge. Holding the poses a little longer really worked my core and muscles I didn’t even know I had—I was definitely sweating!A thoughtful touch at the end of class was the cold lavender-scented towel, which felt amazing and helped cool me down and soothe my skin. There’s also a filtered water station available before or after class, and honestly, it’s some of the best-tasting water I’ve ever had!As I was leaving, I had the chance to speak with the owner, who was friendly and helpful—she even offered to look into a sign-up issue my sister was having. Ally gave me a quick overview of the membership and class pack options, but there was absolutely no pressure to commit on the spot.Overall, this was such a positive and enjoyable experience. I felt supported, welcomed, and challenged in the best way—and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
July 20 · Jodie BeszczynskiJust took my first class here and everyone was so great, from the front desk staff to Paulina teaching the class. I felt so motivated to stay in it and push my body just hard enough. The cold towels after to cool off were a really nice touch.
August 27 · Michelle DiFlavioI love that I found yogasix. It has helped me discover a part of myself I didn’t know was missing. It’s helped jump start postpartum weight loss and strength building (and I do not enjoy traditional gyms and weight lifting). This has been a godsend.Ashley does an amazing job with all of her classes (just took her restore class). The other instructors are also great (hi Samantha, Katie, Paula, Erica!)If a mix of yoga, Pilates, HIT is on your mind, just do it; take the plunge. You’ve got nothing to lose at all, and everything to gain.
July 13 · Ivana PodgerKatie is an amazing yoga instructor. I always enjoy her classes!!! Her knowledge and dedication shine through in all of her classes and highly recommend taking a class with her.
