It is available for all ages (I am in my 70’s and the oldest person in the room) and ability levels. Man is a knowledgeable and authentic yogi, and truly cares about her students, teaching with empathy and humor. I am maintaining my balance and mobility while meeting new people, and having a good time doing it. Man offers many varied classes and workshops and is always open to suggestions on trying something new. The schedule is flexible and she communicates well. Give it a try!

A dear friend invited me to join her at the Yoga Shala in October 2024, and I am beyond grateful that she did and that I decided to join her! Man and the community at Yoga Shala are absolutely welcoming, authentic, and energetic yet calming at the same time. The variety of class offerings as well as the variety of options offered within classes allows me to listen to my body and participate in slower, meditative yin based classes as well as more challenging flow based classes. Through this work, I feel as though I am releasing emotions that I have held in my body and mind for a long time. I feel more energetic, and committing to myself and going to classes consistently has been truly transformative for me!
