The studio, which proudly identifies as a women-owned business, is led by a compassionate and expert instructor named Jill. This personalized approach sets the studio apart from larger, more commercial fitness centers, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued, regardless of their prior experience or physical condition.
The focus on a comfortable pace is a key aspect of the classes. Students are given ample time to transition into each pose, allowing them to truly feel the stretch and breath without feeling rushed. This mindful approach not only helps prevent injury but also deepens the practice, enabling students to connect with their bodies and minds on a profound level. As a result, members report significant improvements in flexibility, core strength, and balance. Many also highlight the mental benefits, such as reduced stress and a greater sense of calm and centeredness.
The studio is also committed to creating an inclusive and respectful community. September 10 · adventure seekerAs a non-yoga person prior to meeting Jill, I can't say enough about her classes. My flexibility, core strength and balance have all improved as well as my ability to ground during stressful situations. Jill is adept at teaching newbies and yoga enthusiasts. With every pose she reminds you to listen to your body, modify if needed and breathe. She provides a great classroom experience with wonderful results.
July 19 · Joy MilesI began yoga classes with Jill six months ago. I started 1 X/week, and with Jill‘s encouragement, continued to progress slowly, but surely. The positive result that Yoga has had on my body is amazing! I no longer require as frequent Chiro adjustments to my hips , back and shoulders…..my chiropractor is amazed! :-)I appreciate the atmosphere, as there is no pressure to do anything you are unable to do… Everyone works at their own pace. Jill is always positive & encouraging.Come join Jill for a class & you too can experience the benefits of yoga!
