★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Hands down the best yoga studio in town! The teachers are wonderful, the space is beautiful, and there's a variety of classes for all levels. I look forward to my classes every week! The best part of my day ❤️
February 12 · Tushna Mehta DinshawBest grown-up yoga in town. Conscientious instructors with 100+ years of experience combined! As the saying goes, “Yoga doesn’t being and end on the mat.”
August 26 · MoiJill Dove ProductionsThey have a $18 / class special for their new studio until May end!I’m new to the area and am trying their new student pass ($75 for 2 weeks) at their original studio. The teachers are experienced and bring their own twists into the practice - the pass is a great way to try a bunch of classes and see which ones you like. I especially liked the RYSS yoga with Noelle - it’s like giving yourself a nice massage with foam rollers! The place is beautiful with Buddha thankas and plants, and not-heated which is a blessing for me - now all I want is a teacher who won’t say Namaste in the end!🧘🏽♀️
May 13 · kripa dongolBy Far, this is one of the best yoga studios in Los Angeles. If you want real Yoga with experience teachers this is your place. Teachers are truly handpicked and each of them have a unique stylist teaching .You really feel the community and the yoga life presents. I always feel great afterwards both mentally and physically. To name a few teachers that I go to most, Birgitte, Charlie, Heather and Noel. I feel so lucky to have access to the studio and be part of this community.
September 27 · Shokufeh FarazmandI strongly recommend taking a class at Yoga Changes whether you have been practicing yoga for several years or even if it is your first time. I can tell that the teachers here have a lot of experience teaching yoga. What I also like is that even if I can't perform a yoga pose, there is no judgment by the teacher and an alternative yoga pose is given. I will definitely continue to take yoga classes from here!
