Yoga Sculpt: A popular and signature class that combines traditional yoga poses with hand weights and cardio movements. This class provides a challenging, full-body workout that builds strength and endurance.
Mat Pilates: Offered alongside their yoga classes, Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on core strength, muscle tone, and body control, providing an excellent complement to the high-intensity classes.

For residents of Illinois, particularly those in the Chicago area, Yoga Box is a compelling choice for a yoga studio for several key reasons. Its greatest strength is its ability to blend the best of both worlds: the mental and physical benefits of yoga with the intensity and challenge of a traditional workout. The customer reviews perfectly capture this balance, with members loving the mix of high and low-intensity classes like "sculpt" and "Mat Pilates." This approach helps prevent boredom and allows for a more comprehensive fitness routine. The inclusive and welcoming environment is another significant factor. The studio's clear stance as an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space makes it a truly modern and accepting community. The staff's positive energy, with one reviewer specifically praising an instructor named Josie for making them feel welcome, is a testament to the studio's culture. While it may not have all the amenities of a luxury gym, its focus on quality instruction, a variety of class formats, and a genuinely supportive community makes it a standout. For anyone in the Chicago region looking for a studio that offers a challenging workout in an inclusive and positive environment, Yoga Box is an excellent and worthwhile choice for your fitness journey.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Yoga Box has been a game changer for my fitness routine. I love that it has classes of varying intensities. I enjoy sculpt and Mat Pilates here. The energy in the class makes me want to push myself further and makes me feel stronger. I definitely recommend Yoga Box to anyone who likes to have a balance of high intensity and low intensity classes.
September 03 · Beenu SinghFirst time trying hot yoga sculpt and it was an amazing experience! Josie was awesome and made me feel so welcome. Music was great and it was such a fun but challenging class. Will definitely be back!!
August 29 · Sydney BollenbacherI have been going to Yoga Box for over a year and today I tried their Pilates Sculpt preview class! I LOVED it!!! It offers a different pace than the yoga sculpt or flow classes and really helps to differentiate Yoga Box against its competition. I would love to take this class regularly! Shout out to the instructor Anna - she did a great job of teaching us how to correctly engage our core while making it fun!
July 18 · Maddy WhiteLoved all the classes I’ve taken at Yoga Box! Music is good, the work out is great and leaves me sore the next day no matter what. I recommend that you wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off because the entryway is very crowded especially in the winter with everyone’s coats and extra layers out in the lobby. Hard to navigate the entrance but otherwise everything is great here!
July 07 · Millie10/10 I recommend Yoga Box to so many people. I love love love Maggie’s sculpt classes! Anna’s Pilates sculpt is also INCREDIBLE, it’s exactly what I was looking to add to my routine and now I can do it all at Yoga Box (please keep it lol). Also love Bailey, haven’t been able to catch any of her classes but she’s a sweetheart. Everyone is so kind, the instructors are so motivating, have banging music, and clearly care about their classes and members.
