★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this yoga studio! It’s so zen and I love how I am greeted every time I come in. This location is clean, spacious, and has amazing yoga instructors. I used to come in once in a while but once I decided to really commit to practicing yoga, I knew yoga box was the best place for my membership.I also love bringing my friends here!
March 06 · Daniella ArangoI absolutely ADORE this studio!! I am newer to yoga and have fell in love with it more and more due to this wonderful place! I have been to couple other studios and they were great but, this one really brings me to a connected and spiritual level with the flow and myself. I feel very welcomed here and not pressure or judged as I am still learning and newer. I am definitely progressing, getting stronger, and feeling as if I am getting a great workout on top of everything else. I haven’t had one bad instructor and could easily sign up for any class with full confidence! Kaitlyn’s power flow class is one I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a specific one, she is INCREDIBLE!!!
May 13 · Teresa DanielAfter going to a traditional yoga studio (non-heated) for many years, I was hesitant to get back into a heated studio because I felt they often neglected the spiritual side of yoga in favor of focusing solely on the "work out." I've been so pleasantly surprised to find that the Power Flow classes at Yoga Box strike a really nice balance between a challenging work out, and the more meditative/spiritual side of the practice. I've been attending classes between both Phoenix studios for about a month now and have yet to have an instructor whose class I didn't genuinely enjoy! They have all been knowledgeable and welcoming, and I appreciate the diversity between their styles and the way they lead the class. It's also worth noting that the classes are heated, but not as extreme as some of the studios out there! I'd definitely recommend Yoga Box to anyone who is looking for a balanced yoga practice.
May 13 · Laney MeekerThis studio is my new favorite place to practice yoga. I feel refreshed, motivated and relaxed after class. The recovery restore class was perfect to release tension in my back and mind. The room was quiet, moody, relaxing and set in a calm environment. The stretches were held for a few minutes and this helped me breathe and get through the tightness I felt. If you want to release any stress in your body and mind, this class will help you and you will get a great night's sleep.
April 30 · AlessandraI love the Yoga Box! As someone who is new to yoga, it has been a very welcoming place. I like the different formats they offer. All the instructors have been great, music is always good, and I like the lightening they have. I have enjoyed improving my practice here and look forward to more classes.
