★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I want to write about the children's summer camp at the YMCA. My granddaughter has a fun and memorable time here. Each new day is different and full of activities, from which the children receive a great boost of energy and emotions. The children not only relax, but also improve their health, visit the pool, do morning exercises. The time spent in the camp is not only fun, but also educational, and the general atmosphere encourages children to unite. Thank you to the entire staff of the camp for the fact that you treat the children with great attention, understanding, kindness and love, trying to make their stay in the camp exciting and memorable.
July 18 · Marina RozyyevaI’ve always appreciated the services and programs offered by the YMCA, but I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members at the pool—Christina. Her tone was surprisingly aggressive and unnecessarily rude when speaking to myself. It made what should have been a relaxing visit feel tense and uncomfortable.I understand staff have responsibilities to enforce rules, but there’s a professional and respectful way to do that. Unfortunately, Christina’s attitude was far from welcoming and really not in line with the values of the YMCA. I hope management addresses this, as the rest of the team has generally been kind and helpful.I wont be bringing my child to swimming classes anymore even though is paid.
July 30 · Anny GuimaraesHighest recommendations. Excellent selection and quality equipment. They have programs to fit everybody. They can help you with weight loss weight gain. They've made a healthier me and my family I was 300 lb last November. I'm 120 a year later I go to the gym every day to work out build muscle. I've never felt better. Everyone there is extremely polite and they're willing to help. They have a huge variety of children's programs, whether you're a single person or a family and they help with any budget
March 12 · Tammy Moody (TAM)Horrible staff, they do NOTHING to accommodate their members. The studio rooms are always booked at the same time and NEVER available throughout the week for regular use by their members despite the fact that most of classes going on in the studio's are no more than 4 kids. I have continually tried to talk to them about this and that they need to manage their studio rooms betters and fairly for all, but they refuse to listen. I have had it up to here with this branch, they simply refuse to listen and cannot be reasoned with. The YMCA in Lincoln, RI is far better were they actually care about their members.
May 05 · Steven BazinetThis is the best Y I’ve been too! Very friendly and helpful staff. My kids love it there! I love the facilities! Highly recommend!!!
