★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This yoga studio is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is beautiful, calming, and welcoming, and the programs are thoughtfully designed for all levels. The instructors are amazing—knowledgeable, personable, and warm. I especially love starting my mornings with Brooke, whose energy sets such a positive tone for the day, and spending my weekend mornings with Janet, whose classes are the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. I always leave feeling centered, refreshed, and inspired. Highly recommend!
August 12 · Lori BolgerI love going to yoga at this studio. The instruction is top notch, the best I’ve found both locally and in big cities. I’ve learned and progressed so much in a short amount of time from coming here. There are classes for all levels and everyone has been so welcoming. There is a real community feel. I highly recommend checking it out!
February 10 · Gia SavocchiI had been looking for a new yoga studio since the pandemic. I am truly grateful a friend suggested Yajamahe . The instructors are phenomenal- each class they continue to amaze me with their knowledge and understanding of every student. The classes are appropriate for all levels- I feel challenged and I LOVE it ! I bring my boyfriend (who thought yoga was just stretching) and my 11 year old daughter. We are able to take a class together, even though we are at very different levels. The studio is beautiful and simple, but charming. Yvonne, Michele, Janet, Angela, and Adam have truly changed my life.Just try a class - just try it... I hope you fall in love with yoga-- it will only make you better xoxoOne more important aspect of this studio- the other yogis are so compassionate and kind-- no-one is ever judged. Yajamahe is a very safe, supportive studio to be a part of.Hope to see you there :)
January 12 · Krista CostaThis studio is simply the best! Owner Yvonne has put tremendous effort into her new space, and it shows - the interior is amazing and the choice and variety of classes and teachers means that everyone can find a time and a style of yoga that works for them. I have practiced with Yvonne for over ten years and thanks to her, whenever I go to a new studio, I inevitably receive a compliment on how strong my practice is. So glad she has provided this new space for everyone to practice and achieve their own yoga goals. You must stop by and check out a class!
February 10 · Patricia GaugSmall yoga studio with expert, challenging instruction set to great music. I've been attending classes here for more than a year and my practice has been profoundly bettered. Yvonne is a truly gifted instructor with an endless knowledge of all aspects of yoga. AND, her taste in music is impeccable!
