★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Chris is easilyy one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. His calm energy and crystal clear instructions make every class such a great experience. Special shout out to the staff that check us in and close out thursday nights with incense and good vibes. Really appreciate everything you guys do.
May 22 · SaharUse of pop music during Vinyasa is my only complaint. Would appreciate more instrumental songs at the very least. However, I really really liked the instructor!
July 07 · Dayana EdatHad to drop 5⭐️ after seeing how many people left bad reviews. There are many different ways to practice yoga, and this one is exactly as advertised: “we flow hard.” Not a namaste and naps kind of place (if that’s what you’re looking for). So glad I found Y7 after trying many other studios that were boring/too easy. Always leave feeling amazing
March 01 · Sarah Mosure10:30 am 6/5 - Was running 1-2 mins late and front desk staff was rude and unapologetic about not letting me into the class, and not allowing me to join a later class instead. The combination of bad policies and unfriendly/unhelpful front desk left a bad taste. Plenty of studios nearby so won’t be returning here.
June 05 · Abigail StumpffAbsolutely LOVED Lauren’s class.I’ve had a Y7 membership for years and she is certainly one of the best teachers I ever had class with- phenomenal, motivational and extremely clear cues, along with challenging yet attainable flows and postures. She offered both challenge and modification consistently at every moment it was needed. I left her class already looking up her future schedule so I can experience them more often! Thanks, Lauren!
