I had never picked up a barbell in my life. I couldn’t even do a proper air squat. Now I’m squatting heavier weight with confidence, and genuinely feeling stronger every day. The transformation I’ve experienced here is more than physical, it’s mental too.The biggest reasons for my improvement is Coach Perry! He is approachable and patient and is unbelievably in tune with everyone’s individual ability level. Whether you’re just starting out or years into your fitness journey, he seems to always know exactly how to guide, push, and support you.The programming is challenging but scalable, and the gym community is so positive and uplifting.
