The squad workout setup works so well for accountability and keeping me motivated and excited to go to the gym! The coaches are amazing! The vibes are impeccable! And there’s a run club associated with the gym too, running every day of the week other than Sundays. The gym is also super social, we grab coffee after ever workout session and the gym organizes mixers, happy hours and even dinners. The gym donates to good causes too in the local area.

The people I’ve met are also great and I think this is probably the most motivated I’ve been about my health. Excited to keep going to stay healthy and strong. They also put a lot of emphasis on the community aspect of the gym which I think is great and have events outside of workouts which I’ve been going to.
