★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1You will never find another yoga studio like Wild & Free. This space is so welcoming and inclusive, something that is often SO hard to find in the yoga space. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smiling face and a safe, comfortable environment before class even begins. In every class with every teacher, it’s made known that you can take exactly what you need from practice that day - literally whatever that is! If you want to lay on your back for 60 minutes or just practice mindful breathing, you have full permission to do so in this space. You will never feel judged or like you have to be anything other than yourself here. That being said, if you want to sweat your butt off and challenge yourself to do fun new things or take your practice to new levels, you are surrounded by encouraging humans who lift you up and encourage you! The “teach, flow, let go” model allows you to go inward and make the practice your own, spending as much or as little time on poses as you want. There’s loud music in a hot room, which somehow makes it even easier to turn your brain off and follow your own breath. I recommend this space to anyone and everyone, even if you’ve never done yoga before. This community is SO beautiful and the classes will truly light you up - every body, every age, every skill level is welcome here. :) This is the best thing I’ve ever done for my body, mind, & soul.
July 23 · Kristen AllenHighly recommend! I never thought I would be hooked on a yoga studio, but this place is truly magical. I started going to the Hershey location on opening weekend and haven’t looked back since. All the instructors are welcoming and nurturing and make you feel seen without any judgement whatsoever. My favorite class has been Yin with Jamie, but I have also enjoyed a handful of the power yoga classes that have been so invigorating! Thank you Wild + Free for your wonderful community and helping me enjoy moving my body again.
March 06 · Natalie StoopsAfter my first class at the studio I was hooked. I entered into the studio as a beginner with no yoga experience. This studio is truly a judgement free zone where all are welcome no matter your ability. You will find a beautiful community that feels like home. I have made lasting friendships. There are so many fun community events, themed glasses, and challenges that keep you engaged and running back for more!
March 02 · Brianna MembrinoI first went to W&F in November of 2023. I had zero expectations, and it was harder than I could’ve imagined (as a first time yoga class attendee) but I couldn’t stay away. Whether you need a good sweat session or a deep stretch there’s a little something for everyone and the community of loving humans is icing on the cake. My home away from home and the only kind of workout I ever miss. Highly recommend.
July 23 · Anna CampbellWild and Free Power Yoga is a wonderful studio to practice at. The instructors are amazing – they are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly passionate about yoga. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, making it a great place to practice, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. There are plenty of class options, so you can always find something that fits your schedule. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive and empowering yoga community!
