Found them on Instagram and their post said you could come try out a class for free. Signed up to attend a boot camp class this morning, and wow. Everyone was so welcoming, fun and supportive. The way the class was set up was very inclusive for everyone. They take the time to show multiple ways to do each workout . The instructor said “It’s your workout, make it work for you” and I have never once heard that at a gym. That’s a GREAT thing to say. 100% will be back. If you’re thinking of joining up, try a free class , I know you’ll love it!
