They have curated classes to help introduce newbies and challenge those who already have background knowledge in fitness.I booked their 16week unlimited boot camp package. For $280, you can go to any class labeled bootcamp (they have about 4boot camp classes per day) for the month. I am seeing such great results in terms of my body’s composition.If you want to get strong in a safe space then WHOA Body or NO body! 💞

With very little effort you do whatever he tells you to do no matter how hard it may feel. He has the “failure is not an option” aura! Mike also always smells amazing, lol! How are you?Overall, know whoa is a family community. It may feel overwhelming when you first show up. But don’t worry everyone who attends can help with any questions!
