Instructions are always very clear and the coaches are happy to provide corrections, guidance and encouragement. They are completely engaged in and commited to your experience and goals. On occasion they may leave an encouraging message after your workout. The workouts are convenient - 35 minutes (includes warm up, cool down) with multiple timeslots throughout the day and evening. They're made up of multiple stations and change frequently - so you never get bored. The music is upbeat and fun. They track your progress at milestones (eg start, 25 sessions, 50 sessions etc ) with a simple body scan (looks like a scale) that gives data on body fat, muscle mass and weight. They celebrate progress. Vik and FBBC have really formed a strong family- like community. Everyone at the classes is nice - lots of high fives between stations. I would strongly recommend FBBC to anyone looking for an effective, fun, and affordable workout led by extraordinary coaches.

Coaches, are the best and people are very friendly and supportive too.. Especially coach Vik. High energy, enthusiastic and always smiling, they push you when you need it or help you modify exercises to meet you where you are. The 30 minute sessions accommodate busy lifestyles without sacrificing fitness gains.
