This gym will get you a workout, but don't expect to be impressed with the facilitiesPROS: affordable membership, down to earth members, lots of cardio equipment, they finally got staff that are friendly.CONS: equipment pretty run down, and cleanliness of the facility is questionable with things like a member towel left laying on the gym floor for several days without anyone picking it up, hand sanitizers throughout the gym have been empty for weeks, toilets haven't been cleaned after two days.

I utilize the big room with mirrors very often when there’s not classes being held. Plenty of cardio options and the hydro bed is a great plus. This place has been been clean every time I’ve went. I’ll continue to work out here even with all the new/big gyms opening and offering “deals”.

The adult members are serious about making gains. Last but not least, this gym is led by fantastic owners who care for the satisfaction of all its members by stewarding a safe and positive environment for ALL.
