★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am stronger after 20 days of yoga in one month and I do not recognize myself. I have committed to 3 months and my vague dreams of ‘one day I will lift weights at the gym ‘ are thankfully dashed. With exquisite honest instruction and words like “bright heart” and “cool blue mind” I embrace this process. At 65 I am grateful to experience the intelligent body I was given.
August 04 · SusanFrom my first practice to my last and obviously with more to attend I am continually impressed with the variety they offer. Each has given me blessings with a want of more!
July 25 · Marianne ReinertsenThis is a welcoming, warm, enjoyable studio for beginners to advanced yogis. I have been going to Vitality several times a week for years and have only grown more impressed by Maggie's knowledge and talents as a teacher. The studio offers several excellent teachers whose mix of styles at varying times of day means there's always a class I want to attend when I want one, and many of them are available virtually, too. And the studio is quite welcoming to drop-ins and new yogis. In short: a great place to practice and a wonderful yoga community!
January 06 · Mary HollandI did not understand what Vitality Yoga meant when they said 5 days a week of yoga will change your life. It's not that I did not believe it. It's that I did not understand it until I tried it. Vitality Yoga, Maggie and all of her amazing teachers, have built a yoga studio that is inviting, rigorous, always changing/evolving, and challenging or restorative- depending on the class you have chosen. Regardless of the class you choose, the studio is ALWAYS warm, welcoming and inviting. The sense of community and personal growth you walk away from Vitality Yoga with is not only life changing, it is life affirming. They are amazing. If they had 6 stars they would get it. Can't wait to see you on the mat.
January 17 · Mikha GrumetI have been taking classes with Maggie on and off for the past 20 years. Her classes challenge me physically and mentally. The classes blend the philosophy of yoga with Taoism, and Buddhism, and are mixed expertly with Thai Chi, and Qi Gong. The studio is large, bright, and welcoming with large bathrooms and showers. I cannot recommend this place enough for the total vinyasa yoga experience.
