★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Happy 1st anniversary, I have been trying to find a good place for doing yoga for 7 years in states. I attended some in LA, in Austin, in Houston, and couple of studios since I moved to NYC. Finally, I am here with you. Coming back to regular yoga classes. Thank you!
August 02 · Kristina GasenkoABSOLUTELY obsessed with this studio. I am not big on yoga! But Nicole did a fantastic job making me feel welcome and not lost throughout the class😅. I loved how clean and spacious the studio was. No showers but great beauty bar to freshen up at bit. If you’re new to the yoga world or just trying to get back into fitness groove I’d highly recommend checking out this studio!! I definitely will be back!
September 17 · Chris WilliamsGenuinely feel so lucky to have this studio on my neighborhood. While I describe its class offerings as the holy trinity of skinny girl workouts (yoga, barre, Pilates), it is the most welcoming, inclusive, and motivating community. All the teachers are wonderful, and all the participants are friendly. Super clean, good equipment, and great class schedule. Highly recommend, and I will stay an active member until I leave the neighborhood.
June 18 · Pnina HirsowitzBeyond expectation, the UWS Studio is a hidden gem with a clean, energizing yet calming atmosphere. The variety of classes and instructors keep it interesting, and make it fun! The classes are adaptable for any level, beginner through more experienced and I felt welcome from day 1. Just the right size for personalized attention without any pressure. Love this studio!!!
June 30 · Christine WekilskyI’m very picky about yoga, barre, and Pilates instructors and classes so finding Updog was an incredible gift! Nicole (co-owner) is an incredible instructor who pushes you to your max every class while also ensuring your form and technique is spot on. And does she know how to hire instructors- Rachel and Lori each have they own flavor but know how to challenge you so you get the ultimate workout and leave each class feeling stronger. I look forward to every class and all the fun events they plan like silent disco, workout bingo, and meditation/sound healing workshops! Get your downward dog pose on at Updog asap
