August 02 · Rosie HerreraCoach Carol is amazing! The workouts are challenging enough so you feel a burn, but not so hard that a beginner can’t do it. She gives you tips on how to correct your form without judgement. You definitely will work hard but it’s a lot of fun and it’s very intimate. If you don’t want to workout in front of others, you can do one on one. Overall, it’s a great place to workout and great experience!
