They matched me with Dillon Pearse, who over the course of a year helped me become an entirely different person. I shed body fat, gained muscle, and have no knee pain at all. All of my personal bests increased substantially, and I'm most proud of a 250# back squat and chin up progress. But its the clothes that fit better, decreased heart rate, and overall health that really showcase the progress with Dillons guidance and Turks meal and macro plans.Dillon helped through not just training and support, but running mobility classes, bootcamps, and being simply a wealth of knowledge and motivation.
