May 20 · Kelsy EspadasI began Pilates with a Tina at Tru Pilates 2 1/2 years ago at the age of 61, I had never done any type of exercise or sport my entire life and I really couldn’t imagine ever liking exercise, I went there because I thought I should ..I wanted to be able to play with my grandchildren with ease .....well here I am at 63, I feel better and stronger physically than I ever thought possible..and what was once a chore is something I look forward too and actually enjoy. I do have arthritis in my knee and during our sessions if it hurts Tina can always guide me to a different position in which I can continue without pain....Tina is extremely knowledgeable...tuff but fair ...thank you Tina !!!
