This demonstrates the intensive, engaging, and beneficial nature of the programs offered. The Academy utilizes a large, well-equipped training facility, ensuring that athletes have access to the necessary tools—like a large rectangular trampoline, tumble track, foam pits, and specialized Ninja equipment—to safely learn and advance their skills.

What is Worth Choosing
Trinity Academy of Gymnastics is worth choosing for Illinois families who seek a focused, high-quality, and multi-faceted athletic education for their children. Its standout features—the broad curriculum that includes unique programs like Aerial Arts and Ninja classes, and the commitment to a supportive, nurturing coaching staff—create an environment where children can truly thrive. The positive impact of the coaches, their ability to build relationships, and their focus on keeping children motivated and safe (even through minor injuries) are highlighted as highly impressive by customers.
However, potential users should be aware of a critical operational point regarding open gym sessions and communication. While the quality of instruction is high, there have been reported inconsistencies with website updates and office staff communication regarding mandatory pre-registration for popular activities like Open Gym. Families planning to use non-class services like Saturday Open Gym must be proactive and call ahead, not just to verify times, but specifically to ask about and complete the required online registration to ensure their child is admitted. Despite these reported administrative challenges, the core product—expert, comprehensive, and fun gymnastics and movement training—makes Trinity Academy of Gymnastics a premier facility for youth athletics in the Lake in the Hills area and a strong choice for developing young champions in the Illinois community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My 9-year-old son really enjoyed the Ninja Camp this past week there at Trinity Academy of Gymnastics. On the first day, one of the ladies in the office was really hospitable and showed us around. I also got to meet the owner that day, who I had seen out around the community. I was most impressed with the coaches: Nolan, Isaiah, and others. Coach Nolan often stood at the gym door welcoming the students at drop-off and then again at the end of the day with keeping tabs with pick-up. He was always friendly and helpful, often encouraging the kids. They were also detail-oriented in the office, calling the first day to get any remaining forms signed. They also called one day when my son was a little scared after getting a very minimal bloody lip. They just wanted to make me aware, and then they sat with him and encouraged him to keep at it. Pretty impressive that that was the only thing he had when basically doing a 30 hr ninja camp. My son definitely loved the camp. After 6 hours each day, he was drenched in sweat at pick-up and slept hard every night! Thanks for making it a great experience for him and for us! I always felt like he was in good hands.
August 08 · Austin O'ConnorOpen gym passes is a joke. My first time using the passes. I contacted the office several times this week for spring break. Apparently, Monday the passes were not accepted. And I called this morning to verify open gym time. Not one person during both calls said you have to register to join due to capacity. The card stated to create and account and for waivers. I have an account. The card doesn't say anything about registration and no one said a thing over the phone. We get there and the poor handling of the situation by the office team and manager sitting there saying it's on our website. We'll I am standing in front of you and my kids are disappointed. Not only did this happen to me. But several families as well. Many moms out there were complaining of the unprofessional handling of the situation and how communication is so poor. I feel this is important to share as you may not hear it from them due to lack of awareness and communication. But you have to register to join an open gym. Hopefully your kiddos don't experience what mine did today. So sad they can't communicate better. But they won't hesitate to say no to kids.During winter break this year Apparently the whole gym was closed yet they kept the open gym on the website. I went there too along with other moms. I wonder how often the site is actually correct and or updated.
March 28 · Nina PREVIEWING FOR A PARTY (not for gymnastics)That being said, we had never been here and didn't know what to expect. We had a duo-5 year old birthday here with about 26 kids. We were blown away by the staff support. There were 3 individuals (Megan was in charge) and I expected to do full set up and coordination of anything "party" basically having them there to coordinate some activity and keep everyone safe.Megan and her team were very hands on. They helped set up the room, effectively got everyone's attention (wound up 5-year-olds I remind you), she even served the food with her team, facilitated in the tight space, and helped keep things moving and cleaned up. I couldn't believe it! It definitely made things go smoothly and stay on track. As far as the play area we basically had run of the place. I didn't expect that. I thought we would be coralled to a section, but the kids could go and try anything they wanted. With the age group parents definitely have to watch the kids because there are less safe areas for littles. But overall WIN would totally go there again and may look into gymnastics there next!
May 05 · Ang AMy daughter started at Trinity several years ago, and this is where she discovered her love for Gymnastics! It was always a very caring, safe, and family-friendly environment. I was glad to find a small, family-run business that had good foundational values. Although my daughter does not go here currently, we are forever grateful for her experiences and time at Trinity.
November 21 · Rebecca HelmIncredible 5th birthday party for my daughter! From the very beginning of walking in with boxes and bags to set up it was like magic. The staff immediately set everything up. Every detail was taken care of quicker than I expected. Working with Megan the Birthday Manager was a breeze. She was helpful throughout the entire party, made sure we took a group picture and that all activities were on time. Everyone had a blast and my daughter truly felt special. The staff were wonderful and attentive. All the guests were impressed with the obstacle course too. Truly an amazing time was had. Thank you!
