He understands the limits of a senior citizen , and the need to stay strong, but has the knowledge to address how to improve fitness and strength. No ageism here! He is experienced, thoughtful and insightful and, oh yes NICE. The Gym is clean, well lit, a pleasant space to work out in and there’s adequate parking. Now if only someone else could do the work for me😜.
March 22 · Ronne CoselLove this gym. Most are long time members. They treat every new person like a new member of the family. They always say hello, engage you in conversations, assist you with technique, and ALWAYS encourage you during workouts. Coaches are very knowledgeable and assist you with everything from diet, stretching, technique, and alternative movements to an exercise you struggle with. Ensuring your technique is correct, you don't get hurt, and you work to doing the exercise as intended. Instructors explain the movements and on what to focus in terms of which muscles should be engaged. Classes are prepared in advance so you can see, if you like, what you will be doing the next day. Apps are used to track progress, if you are training for races, or some other event the coaches will direct you to another movement or technique during classes to help you reach your goal. If you are in a rush, you can come in off hours/early to do the workout and continue your day. This place covers everything you need for whatever goal you want to reach.
January 29 · Lou GleasonAt first I was a little worried about my 11-year-old starting a lifting program. You hear so many horror stories of injuries and potential growth issues of kids working out too early. I have been nothing but impressed with the atmosphere and the teaching that Treehouse provides these children. I actually think my 11-year-old has better form than I do at this point. On top of the instruction, my son absolutely loves going to these classes. They have a nice combination of challenge and camaraderie amongst the different ages that help too create and sustain motivation. I fully recommend these programs for others in this age group.

He works up a sweat each lesson, loves the routines, and loves the people. He isn’t a very active kid, but has truly enjoyed his summer here. Will continue with a fall program if available.Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness facility / routine. Great people, great experience.
