Jen is serious about Pilates and she has extensive training and expertise in Pilates. She understands the human body and each person’s physiology, and she challenges my boundaries appropriately and safely. The exercises build on one another to achieve the goal and her verbal cues are spot on. Truly one of the best! I enjoy my private sessions for the personalized focus and challenge but the classes are also great in that they are smaller classes allowing that personal attention.
