The instructors are knowledgeable, challenging, encouraging, and FUN! The music is great and the workout flies by. If you feel intimidated by the trampoline — don’t be! Class participants are working hard and don’t tend to notice anyone else, and it’s easy to pick up the technique within your first class. Also, the community of trampers is great and encouraging. I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay fit, cross train, or just plain enjoy 45 minutes with a fun group. Try it! You’ll be glad you did.

You are guaranteed a high energy, fun sweat session, while strengthening your entire body. The room is dim and the music 🔥I came for the bounce but got much more thanks to the wonderful community Alison has created.

This class combines the best elements of HIIT, strength training, and barre, with the best twist - You get to jump on a trampoline while moving to the beat of a curated playlist that never disappoints! It’s such a fun way to work up a sweat and feel like you’re having a blast while doing it. The trampoline gives a great challenging workout with being too harsh on your body.The instructors are fantastic—always encouraging you to push yourself while ensuring no one is taking it too seriously (one of their mottos)! And let’s not forget about the owner, Allison, who’s absolutely amazing! She’s created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the community she’s built. She also sends out the most entertaining newsletters ;).Tramp Stamp will leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready to take on anything. Highly recommend giving it a try, seriously makes working out fun!
