I’m new to CrossFit and this place is my second home. Lol! Juice is an amazing coach because he really does care. Five months ago I walked in with bad knees and hips which limited my mobility. Because of the homework he gave me to do and his attention to detail, I am now doing a full ROM squat with heavy weight. If you have never worked out in your life, Juice’s programming is custom built to push you to be great all within your limitations. The environment is awesome and the people here are amazing. I mean it’s a vibe for real! And I love the Ohana Barbell Club! Nobody will ever take my spot…ever! Lol - Nneka Goforth
