Additionally, my lower back with which I have had significant disc issues for many years, has started feeling much better. The Pilate machines have been a wonderful experience for me since they are non weight bearing on my joints. I can get stronger without pain.

The studio space is well lit, clean and has an open and air feel to it, particularly on days that theycan open all of the doors and windows to let the island breezes flow through the space.I love the location of Train with Jane Pilates and training studio - it is so easy to get to and the parking is a dream. Very easy to access for everyone, particularly people rehabing from injuries or physically challenged in anyway.An all around great place to stay fit and be with other like minded people who strive to live life with a sense of community. camaraderie, toward a goal of over all wellness.
