The trainers are responsive, motivating and organized. Both Scott and Tim designed workouts to address his specific needs, strengths and weaknesses. They helped my son set realistic goals, instructed him on proper technique, provided thoughtful feedback and critique, and most importantly were always very supportive. The facility is clean, the equipment well cared for and up to date.

They're fantastic trainers and know how to really motivate and design and interesting but challenging and very efficient program. They really care about their clients and their outcomes. It doesn't feel at all like a traditional gym. Their facility is completely up to date and absolutely spotless. Highly recommend!!
