TITLE Boxing Club Grand Rapids offers a highly specialized and energetic fitness experience that is worth considering for a number of reasons. For starters, it is a great alternative to traditional gyms for people who get bored with treadmills and static weight machines. The group boxing classes are high-energy, fun, and provide a full-body workout that is both effective for cardio and building muscle. The staff, including coaches like Kane, Aaron, and Katie Hannah, are often praised for their welcoming nature and ability to make every class an engaging experience. The sense of community and camaraderie that is built in the classes is a major draw for many members.
However, it is important to be aware of the experiences of other customers. While the workout itself receives a lot of praise, some former members have raised significant concerns regarding the business's customer service and membership policies, particularly with respect to cancellations. It is crucial for prospective members to read their contracts carefully and understand the terms and conditions before signing up. For individuals who are aware of these potential issues and are committed to the unique workout experience, TITLE Boxing Club Grand Rapids can be a fantastic place to achieve fitness goals. It’s a place for a serious, no-nonsense workout with a lot of positive energy and great coaching, but being mindful of the business practices is highly recommended. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Excellent establishment! The staff are so welcoming and full of high energy. Everyone can work out at their own pace comfortably or with more intensity. Thank you for welcoming to your gym. Highly recommend!!! Shout out to Coach Kane, Aaron, & Katie Hannah. ✨
August 08 · TrishaKay PhotoThe WORSE customer service I've ever dealt with. They charge you even after you cancel the membership. I've been billed twice now afert canceling my membership and the owner says "we don't do refunds". There's no payment reminder, they're not honest about the policies and make it very difficult to cancel. The owner literally gave his back to me and left. DO NOT SING UP FOR MEMBERSHIPS AT THIS PLACE. Reading more reviews about this place and it's always the same issue with problems canceling.EDIT: the owner blocked me from all social medias and clearly doesn't know how to handle negative feedback or being accountable for a bad customer service. Calling me a "Karen" and bringing up the fact I'm going to a different gym says it all about being revengeful and explain the dishonesty. All I asked was for a courtesy or letting me know about the policies at the time of cancelation and the answer Aaron gave me was "why would I tell you? You're going to a different gym. We don't do refunds" and, again, left. Again, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP AT THIS PLACE. There are MANY other boxing services in town. I promise.
August 15 · Lari d'RochI was apprehensive to join because I thought it would be so many 20 and 30 yr olds'. I was wrong! It's a wide scope of all ages. I really wanted to strengthen my arms and shoulders due to hairstyling as my career. I am amazed at how much better and stronger I'm feeling. They have an amazing workout, different skill sets and they make you feel very welcome and a part of the whole experience. I love Mags L workouts. She really pushes you to be your best. Thanks Title Grand Rapids & Grandville!
