I had previous kickboxing training which helped understanding the punching combinations. I suggest that someone new to boxing take the free personal training session to understand punches. It will help a lot once the group class begins.

Jeffrey’s energy is contagious and he keeps everyone engaged and focused. His famous line- “what’s your motivation today?” The class flows smoothly and by the end of class you leave feeling stronger, more confident and best of all- drenched in the best way possible!
August 07 · Austin YangTook a kickboxing class through class pass. It was my first time there. Everyone was so nice and help. I didn’t know how to wrap my hands and they helped no problem. They did seemed overwhelmed due to what looked like a staffing issue but they truly stayed positive and nice through all of it. David the instructor was really good and motivating. Good on correcting technique nicely but not overbearing and aggressive as some instructors (not here but in general) tend to be. Definitely will be returning.

And they’re as packed if not more than a Saturday morning class! That’s a testament to Jo, her coaching and the clients loving their am workout with her. People of all ages attending! Title is so lucky to have had her for so many years under current management and prior management. Her dedication to the early mornings three times a week ~ she never complains ~ and is ready to help everyone get stronger, burn some calories and start the day right! I wish I got a picture of today’s full gym! Will get it another day! :)
