My whole life I have always tried to be an active person, however once I graduated college and began working full-time, staying active became more and more difficult. I started gaining weight and loosing muscle. I wasn't comfortable with the way I looked and my confidence decreased. I knew I needed to make my a health a priority so I decided to make a change.I began going to The Zone: Strength and Fitness in May of 2017. Here I found more than just a gym. I found a place where the atmosphere is positive, where members welcome you with a smile, and where the staff are professional and experts in their field.The most important thing for me however is the fact that the workouts here are tailored to the individual. This means that my workouts are custom-made to meet my fitness goals. As my fitness level increases and/or my goals change, my workouts change with it.
