This personal testimony speaks volumes about the studio’s ability to win over even the most hesitant of practitioners. It's a place where you can genuinely find a practice that works for you, no matter your background or fitness level.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1An absolute sanctuary. Beautiful space that's extremely well maintained, diverse classes, a constantly inclusive environment, amazing and kind staff (shout out to Liv, Claire and Chandler) who go above and beyond constantly to make everyone feel welcome, and worth the price of membership for Wesley's classes alone. Not being dramatic, his Hot Vinyasa classes have changed my life, and I would wake up at 4:30AM to take them.I cannot say enough good things about this studio and unlike other fitnesses spaces in NYC, genuinely a place for everyone whether you're a professional yoga practitioner or just casually dabbling in Pilates for the first time. 11/10, no notes!
August 15 · Emily CohenThis is my first time going to any sort of yoga studio or workout class environment.I was skeptical that I would enjoy it because I am more of a sports person (and not very good at yoga) but the different workout classes they offer are really wonderful. I arranged my work schedule just so that I could keep attending Erin's sculpt and tone class, it's my favorite so far. The way the business also treats their customers with kindness and patience is also super appreciated. They have a great intro price to get started so definitely try them out.
May 07 · RaeAnn SerraWe love coming to the yoga room my friend Sihame and I (Astrid). We love the classes to the pieces. We want one of our many favorite teachers Frank and Donna to have more classes in the afternoon. But we have so many teachers that we love and like for example: Wesley, Jenn, Erin G, Jan-Orland,Josh, Tanya, Victoria, Shalini and Sigrid. Thank you so much for all the girls in the front desk they are very welcoming and Nice. The atmosphere is very relaxing and nice all the time. Good vibes always.
June 28 · Astrid CarrilloVinyasa practice with Victoria was dynamic and challenging but very much enjoyable. We look forward to practicing in The Yoga Room again a few times before we head back home. The sequences practiced are very much foundational to our Jiu Jitsu lifestyle. Highly recommended for beginners and advanced students alike.
July 10 · Lotus Jiu Jitsu SeattleThe classes aren’t true to their time so I have gotten muni meter tickets so I decided to start brining my phone into the class to be able to add more time when needed. On three occasions I was treated like a child and became the center of attention to not touch my phone in class I think this is extremely rude as anything can be going on in our lives such as being a parent and not just owning a vehicle I don’t think the treatment was necessary as I had been going there for a while and got tired of getting tickets because the classes being longer than advertised. When I mentioned it to the front desk the woman responded you’re welcome not to come back. I had in the past recommended not now I wouldn’t recommend this studio to anyone.
