Since I started in January, I feel extremely centered and proud of how much I’ve gained and strengthened within my own body. All the teachers are phenomenal. They each provide something different to each class and they are so welcoming and supportive. As a therapist, the classes that they teach really allow you to work on so many different areas, both body and mind. I am so grateful! If you think yoga isn’t for you like I did, give it a try. It has been such an amazing experience!

I love taking Jenn’s class. I’m a bit addicted to how her classes makes me feel strong and calm at the same time. Usually I only consider myself being strong in times of chaos. In Jenns class I find myself craving this time on my yoga mat for the first time in my life. Jenn is the best and I highly recommend her Saturday 8:45 class to newbies. That’s where I started and haven’t looked back since.

Her calming energy creates a relaxing atmosphere, but she still brings the right amount of challenge to keep things interesting. The flow leaves me feeling both invigorated and centered, which is exactly what I need to stay focused. Danielle’s guidance makes every class feel exhilarating yet soothing.
